R-A-P-P-E-L-Z / Join In The Dance......Start to clap your hands now... etc.For those of you not in the know, CaramellDansen is an Internet meme. And yeah you going to have to YouTube it yourself because I'm too lazy to link the video. (Oh well look at that, maybe I'm not.) Anyhow, for one of my uni assignments I had to create a cover of any song of my choosing. I was going to Blood Gulch Blues, but I failed to find decent sheet music/guitar tabs for it (apparently even Nico doesn't have the tab for it o_0). So instead I did CaramellDansen. It's done in a sort of 'rock' style with cool funky drums that would be impossible to play in real life without at least three different drum players. Hopefully I haven't failed terribly at the mixing. :\ Those pesky instruments all want their own solos. Wow, I haven't actually journalled in a while, as I've been pretty busy with various uni assignments, work and life in general. Oh and my newest MMORPG addiction, Rappelz. It's about the same level of suck-you-in-ness as WoW (I think), but it's free to play. The community on the server I play on are generally pretty nice and my guild (Red Skies) is kick-awesome. If you want to join me I play on the Salamander server as 'Saryah' Well I should probably stop doing what I do best (procrastinating that is, not journalling [goodness knows I'm pretty horrible at keeping that up*]) and finish writing my 1000 words on the wonder of computers in music production. *Yeah, yeah TWSS.
