So, yeah.

Refer to my previous two journals for some background. My girlfriend and her mother left NH at 2230 Thursday night to get to NC. They arrived, through some miracle, on Saturday at 1230. They will be leaving shortly to return, so let's see how this turns out!

I don't use that tatic much, just on the problem staff. The good staff tend to work more hours, even if they ask for time off. My only problem though, is that most of the hours are available during the weekend, not much during the weekday's where we run with a skeleton crew, so if you ask for the weekend off, then even if I put you on a few weekdays it's very little hours. But getting that digital projector soon, hopefully weekdays will pick up with the weekends!
