Poems
19. Line Starter I wish I could remember why I stopped singing Did I lose my voice? Or did it drain away?
I wish I could remember why my ears started ringing Was this my choice? Or did it all just go away?
I wish I could remember that faithful morning That cold morning Where it all changed
I wish I could remember if it was in the middle of me yawning While my dad was groaning Was it all arranged?
I wish I could remember what he said to me As we passed by the lone oak tree Where we felt a cold autumn breeze
I wish I could remember all of his pleas. I remember it wasn't too easy When he told me memory is the key.
17. Self/You. I don't know if this has been done before, but if not, then I've invented a new type of poetry.
I I wake I wake up I wake up and I wake up and see you I wake up and see you there I wake up and see you there, staring I wake up and see you there, staring at I wake up and see you there, staring at me I wake up and see you there, staring at me through I wake up and see you there, staring at me through the I wake up and see you there, staring at me through the mirror
We We move We move as We move as one We move as one but We move as one but will We move as one but will not We move as one but will not think We move as one but will not think alike We move as one but will not think alike ever We move as one but will not think alike ever again.

I wrote a pretty poem.
Mitch Bacon Sonnet – Shakespeare
I am going to make bacon for food Today I will add some extra hot sauce. I am going to serve it to the dudes I must remember to put out some floss.
I must not forget about the round buns Or the pancakes and the maple syrup. I will tell them to leave at home their guns Just so they don’t cause a giant stirrup.
I can not hear them coming up right now So I will add in some cinnamon too. I hope they will like my new bacon cow He is not the type of cow that goes moo.
He does not produce milk, only bacon I got my cow from an Ohioan.

Happy Nude Year!
Happy Nude Year! Mitch A
New years resolutions: Get a girl to say yes to me on a date Lose weight Work a lot as a caddy Fix scoliosis in back.
New decade resolutions: Change the world. Be part of a successful rock or metal band Become a music major
I don't know how I'm going to change the world. I don't know how I'm going to influence it, but I know I'm going to. Be in starting the next generation of music, or helping to promote my values of Justice instead of Vengeance, or that someone's good might be another person's evil. But I'll do it. The road to get there will be hard, and twisting, and I can guarantee it will test my friendships and my strength, but I know I can prevail.
Heart of the cards and whatnot

Mo'adim Lesimkha. Chena tova
Regional convention 2009 was this past week. So much to write about. So little time. I'll hit the bullet points here and elaborate later.
Davidson is my chapter. We had a total of nine people at RC. Most bigger chapters had around 25-35 people there. JCC=Jewish Community Center
Saturday night: Went to Pre-RC sleepover. Practiced song, cheer, slept next to a boiler while listening to drunk tank.
Sunday: RC started. Opening ceremonies were boring, Song was pretty good for us (I'm the one in the middle) went home and took a short nap while the rest of Davidson did track. Went to whirlyball where we lost and got screamed at.
Monday: Went to basketball and kept score for Davidson Watched storytelling, the prompt was: When did you feel like a true brother Aleph? Practiced cheer Went to Zap Zone, which is laser tag, go carts and mini-golf. Played mini golf and scored a 23 on the front nine, par is 30. Went home to sleep
Tuesday: Showed up at the Jewish Center at 1 expecting separates. What we did instead was watch Family Guy and Glee, which is perfect for this crowd because everyone got the jokes. More like a chill thing then separates Went to go bowling and bowled under 100. I kept turning extreme right or left.
Wednesday: Went to board game challenge at 9. We lost in the first round for checkers. Went to what I was waiting for all week: Video game challenge. First round was Halo 3 1v1. It was one of the most intense matches of my life. I won. 20-18. Went to the Regional board council meeting. Much lulz ensured. Went to Sweatshirt fashion show. Presented Zip up hoodie I designed. Shook my little tush on the catwalk. Went downstairs in the JCC to practice talent show for 2 hours straight. Had our president from last year come back and yell at us like a drill Sargent Went to talent show, we were on first. Link soon, I want to see it just as much as you do.
Wednesday night After Talent show, we drove to this chick's house and partied. Yes, there was booze. No, I didn't drink any. I'm fucked up enough already, don't need booze for it. Played spin the bottle with a bunch of guys and girls. I didn't let any girls kiss me on the lips. Reason: I haven't had my first kiss yet, I want to have it with someone special. During the night, my left foot got twisted. My left foot is screwed up in the fact that there's something cracked in it already, so I can't stand on my foot as a whole I couldn't want for the rest of the night. I'm still limping.
Thursday morning and night, the day is kind of a blur. Went to bed around 4:30 am. Got picked up off the couch by two of my brothers and one from the other chapter we were with Got carried into a corner on a beanbag. Got woken up again at 5:30 am. and told we had to leave. We thought we could stay there till 9. One of my brothers got in his car and said that we couldn't go home, because we had told our parents we were staying out all night. Brother drove to Lowe's (hardware store) and we slept in his car till about 7:30. In Michigan, it's fucking cold. Like, 10 degrees Fahrenheit. It wasn't much warmer in the car. Got dropped off around 7:30 at my house. Came inside and started working on a speech for Oratory that was due in...about 2 hours. Fooled around and checked RT for the first hour, then wrote the speech in a half hour. Mom went out and got me Sonic. Nothing brightens your day like having their tater tots and french toast sticks in the morning. The Chocolate peanut butter shake helped too. Went and did Oratory. I'll post my speech in a bit.
After Oratory, we (Davidson) went down to the Teen Center and just hung out. Naturally, I went into the movie theater and started playing Halo with a couple kids from another chapter (T'zavah). Davidson guys went out to Sonic to get food, so I gave them a five and told them to get me a burger and tots. Hung out playing Halo till awards/closing ceremonies, which was around 2 pm. Went to awards. Here's what Davidson recieved: 3rd place for mini-golf 3rd in go-karts. 2nd place for individual track 1st place for spirit. As I said way above, we are nine people spirited. To win that award and go up against all the chapters have 30ish people was amazing to us. 1st place for penny wars. Honor role, which means we showed up and participated in every event. That's why it was really important for me to write Oratory in a half hour.
Then we all went home to relax. By this point, I was running on about 3 hours of sleep and a ton of Sonic.
Thursday night: Went to little ceasers and bought pizzas/pop/bread. Went over to one of the guy's house that we go to a lot, Jared's, and hung out. Watched the Hangover. Great movie. Some girls came over and we hung out with them for a bit, then we went home.
Friday: RC's over. I'm really sad. But, our brotherhood will survive. Going out today to see Sherlock Holmes with Davidson Then out to Chinese with the parents and family friends Then back to partying with my brothers.
Saturday: ???

FFFFUUUUUU
So I go to checkout from the controller shop and it said that AVS filter failed.
No problem, right?
Long story short, they charged my mom's credit card 5 times, and never processed the order. WTF.
Someone please help me get in contact with TheControllerShop. That's $50 right down the hole and no Thummax grips in my order queue.
Now everyone is mad at me...I'm screwed. Note to self, only use Amazon from now on.
UPDATE: The person who runs TCS (Jordan) contacted me and said that the charges never went through on their end, but on my end, it's a reloadable charge card so the $50 is gone from there. Asked him to take all charges off and see if I could order over the phone. Waiting on a reply...
