It's been a long time for a holiday
It's been quite a while since I've written a journal, and a lot has happened, if any body cares lol
I finally got my license!!! 2 year late from everybody else lol, and it's only a automatic license but now I can legally drive. The log book test was easy, I passed almost everything ... except reverse parallel parking, I nearly failed the whole thing because of it. But I passed, did my log book, and got my license a week before my little brother did. (He was so angry)
Now we share a car which we call the commune car as its under dads, darcy's and my name. But sharing a car doesn't work, when I want to take it to work, he need it. When I want to go out, he needs it. I hate sharing. Trying to buy a car now, moneys not an issue, finding the time to buy one is.
Me and Cameron though we would do something nice for our 3 year anniversary. So we went on a holiday to Cairns to see his mum. We had a bumpy start, we bused it down to Perth as neither of us wanted to drive, first thing we see when we get off is this skinny little chick smashing this giant guy (she looked like she was winning) apparently its a weekly occurrence, when we walked past later they were kissing like their life depended on it LOL.
We also got fined $100 for using a student card as a concession. Last time we came down (like a year ago) it was ok, but this time it wasn't. The guy didn't let us explain, and wrote us the fine. When we looked at it later he had marked our home town as a suburb of Perth. What a dumb shit.
Then the night we were supposed to fly out to Cairns (a four hour flight) a fire alarm went off at the air port, so our plane was an hour late. When they finally let people in it was a mad house. When we were lining up to get checked in the staff told us over the PA that people flying to Cairns check in first, then people to Sydney, but no body would listen. The line took forever because people would slip under the ropes and try and get into their flight.
On the plane going there we had a toddler in front of us bawling its eyes out, and going back one next to us. We all know how much I just love children, so you can imagine how shitty I was. I'm NEVER flying jet star again.
Cairns when we got there was absolutely beautiful, we just loved it. It's surrounded by mountains all around, and sugar cane was every where. We saw a cane toad too, wish I had a golf stick. Compared to Gero, Cairns is huge. 130,000 people compared to our 30,000 lol. I'm now a little more tanned coming back (or thats what I like to tell myself lol) but I got my freckles back .
On our 3 year anniversary we went to a casino, where they had a huge buffet. For those of you who know him, you can imagine just how happy he was lol. I wanted to gamble a bit but Cameron is very anti gambling. He doesn't even like it when I buy lotto tickets.
We also went on a water falls tour. We got to swim in two waterfalls and a lake. It was beautiful. We also got to go to a chocolate and cheese factory. We also got to go to a small town pub for lunch. $2 for a midi. $3 for a lemon lime bitters!!! I wish they had those prices here lol.
Needless to say our suitcases were a heap heavier when we got home lol. We managed to score Dead Space for $40 at Fremantle!!! Also got a lot of books and believe it or not clothes. I now have a nice formal dress I can wear for the Crothers Christmas party (where everyone is in their 30s-40s and were the youngest people there)
I have some photos on face book (as most of my rellie use it) if anyone wants to see them.
Nice to be back Tasma

Never ever let me near hair dye ...
As I currently have pink hair.
This is the only current pic I have for it. Its now gone ranga orange. I did it for a hippy party.
Just lazy, every time i go to make a journal think, I should include pics I go and take pics and forget all about it. A lot has happened in 3ish months.
Still working full time at the butchers shop. It's pretty fun, the pay is ok(they pay better than most places), the managers are nice and the customers are okish. It's impossible to get a full time so I consider myself very lucky while I am elbow deep in chicken blood. (exaggeration there). To my absolute amazement, the managers think I am a very nice person and a VERY hard worker lololol.I have also made new friends, they are all very nice, little strange as I am the youngest full timer at this point in time.
I finally got my certificate 4 in multimedia. I could at the moment seek out a job that requires my skills, but with the way Australia is atm, I would rather earn minimum wage with a permanent job, than get a new job and risk it going bust.
Still catch up with my old friends. Saw Night_Drifter, Machine 1989 and Nyrb out a few weeks ago. It was nice catching up seeing as we are all so busy. I go to the pubs every now and again and get sloshed. I have become a light weight.
Second story is coming along nicely. Me and Cameron are currently living up there. It's not completed. More of a skeleton inside ... and no insulation. Since we live in the "windy city"it gets very cold and noisy, but it beats sharing a single swag in a bed room 3x2.
2 years and 8 months for me and Cameron, w00t. We recently had a home loan knocked back. Our plan was to buy a block of land and pay it off within 5 years, but seeing as me and Cameron are both on minimum wage (Cameron is an apprentice carpenter, they get paid shit all) we would be working for 12to15ish years (depending on which bank we side with) with a shitload of interest so it was a no. Dissapointing, but when Cameron goes tradie, we can go for it then.
Thats all I can think of for now, I am alive, though this site has been dead lately

It's been a while
So I thought I would make a new journal. Quite a few new things have happened lately, some good and some bad.
I have finally got a job. It's at a poultry franchise, not the job I had in mind but while were in a recession I can't be picky. Everyone there is really nice, so it's not too bad. I'm doing 8 to 4 5 days a week so I'm making a decent amount. I'm really lucky to get the job, I was told there were quite a few applicants. So I guess I must have done something right.
Cameron is considering entering the shave for a cure, it's coming up in a few weeks. Is anyone in Gero interested in sponsoring him? He wants to have all his hair cut down to about an inch off his skull, though I think we would raise more money if he did the full shave, he would look funny with no hair. LOL So if anyone is interested give us a yell, we already have about 10 people interested.
I am rather sick at the moment with a nasty virus, I can't eat anything solid and 6 times out of 10 I'll throw it up. I also get these weird hot and cold flushes, I will be boiling hot sitting under the air con, half an hour later so cold I have to rug up. Cameron's been good looking after me.
I got Halo wars on the 26th and clocked the campain mode it on the 29th. For a much anticipated game I think it was rather short. That's just my opinion though. The graphics are great and I had fun playing it, until Cameron hijacked the game half way through. I found it to be really fun, though Cameron complains it was a waste of money (who paid for it I remind him).
That's all I can think of to write, I has been an eventful month that's for sure

Big Update
It's been a while and I have been encouraged to make a journal. Happy late New Year to everyone btw.
The second story is coming along really well, I should be able to move up there soon. Dad has a time limit now, my Grandma is coming from New Zealand (No jokes Nyrb) and me and Cameron have to be up there so she can sleep in my "old" room. I haven't seen grandma in about 5 years, mum and dad are dreading it. It no that she is nasty or anything. She just talks about the most mundane things, like towels and knitting. I can't wait to hear what she thinks of Camerons hair (he has disgusting dreadlocks) . This January has been full of parties. Though none of them were as memorable as the one I will describe below.
Last Saturday was the eve of Australia Day, so a friend invited us to a party so people could drink and recover on Australia Day. It changed at the last minute from a party into a bon fire!!! We found the perfect spot too. It was a sandy area with lots of dead tree's to the side, the caky rocky sand hid us from plain sight and hid the smoke plumes. We got out there to find everything prepared but a lighter. No one felt like driving ALL the way back so we messaged people to bring some. Eventually by 9 when it was just starting to get dark (bloody day light savings) we got it going. We got the generator out to play music, the utes close so people could sit on the trays and feel the warmth of the bon fire and the booze was out too.
Good ol'e Tasma spent the night convincing a drunken friend that it was not a good idea to bash her crushes girlfriend in the head (dunno why I stopped her, she (the gf) cheats on him a fair bit). I also spent the night taking funny pictures and videos. I was also running behind the cars when the boys found it funny to throw full beer bottles into the fire to make them explode *sigh* They were also making words in the sand and drunkenly riding bikes down the rocky caky hills, I think I need more mature friends. Eventually Cameron and I got bored and hopped in the car with a mate. They took turns driving and while Cameron was driving he hit a rabbit -_- Below is me and the drunk girl, I was in a good enough mood to allow my photo to be taken
Eventually we left at 3 in the morning, I wouldn't have minded staying but we had to go to Kalbarri the next day. I should get a Sneaking Into The House Ninja award I was that quiet. Even the dogs didn't hear us. We got a few hours sleep and took off to Kalbarri with Darcy, Kara and Amber in tow. Bought some nice stuff, enjoyed the sun and took in the scenery of the national park. I got sunburn on my nose and arms but it was gone pretty much the next day. Just got a few more freckles on my nose >.<
I'm still unemployed, no one is hiring while there is a recession on, it's even hard to get the really bad jobs now. I guess I got to swallow my pride and get a temporary jobs as ... A check out chick. I know there is a lot of photos, I wanted to make up for not posting for ages.
This question is aimed at all males. What type of gifts do you prefer on Valentines day? I have no clue what to get Cameron. Also do guys expect much for Valentines day or isn't it a big thing?
If you still reading this I congratulate you. It's very long and probably boring, I think the insane heat must have melted part of my brain.
Great Tasma

Update Time
Time for an update, some good new, some bad.
But first I'm curious as to who is watching me, If so I can treat you to a peep show LOL jokes.
The situation with next door is sorting itself out. The lady got stabbed and we haven't seen them since. We also feel it has something to do with they owing dad $200. Stupid father. We also feel they cleared out because the extension cord between my house and their house got stolen. I got the blame for it too (and rightly so, it was our extension cord).
Cameron had his 18th party, it was an hour after the stabbing, lol. t was good, lots of people turned up, but it wasn't what he expected. He likes the sitting down and talking in a big group, where as the people he invited love to run around and be silly. Cameron being sick as well had a short fuse that night and ended up in bed at 11pm, leaving me to look after everyone. I had to boot everyone out at 12pm as dad was gonna call the cops. Silly father, I'm not allowed to have anymore party's, which I don't mind. I also got a free shopping trolly handle out of it too. AWESOME.
Finished TAFE, Signed off for everything. I should get my certificate. YAY. TAFE is so unorganised, which is why I am not returning next year. Ricky has quite a few complaints about it that are definately justified. We should all get refunds.
Sarah (NightDrifter) had her 18th which Cameron and I went to. I bought apple pie. Got the pics for you Sarah, but the internet is hell slow so I can't send it that way. Sarah's was a nice sit down where we all told jokes and ate and drank. The kind of affair Camedron wanted for his.
At lastly but not least to my shame.
I scraped the whole passenger side of Cameron's car when driving it into a friends drive way. I have no idea how I did it, I just musn't of been concentrating. Cameron's shitty with me and I can't blame him. He explained that he was going to buy a new car and I would get his ute. I'm really upset about crashing it though.
No funny pic this week
Lots of Love Tasma

I'm Sulky
I wore a skirt last night ... and high heels, much to my dismay and horror. It wasn't my choice, there's a story to why just below.
Not sure how many people reading this (if any do) know the my boyfriend is an apprentice carpenter. We got an invite a while ago to attend a Christmas party. Cameron said I had to wear a dress?!?!?!?! what was wrong with him?!?!?!?! Eventually we compromised and a wore a knee length black skirt with a "lovely" boutique top mum bought me. Cameron also insisted I wore high heels; High heels are the most torturous invention I have encountered so far. Cameron wore a tuxedo and looked (in my opinion) like a business executive. We eventually got to the party and found we were overdressed.
Bloody Cameron, oh well. I tried champagne for the first time, I think it tasted like goon (really cheap and nasty wine). On a full stomach it was very potent, I only had about half a glass before I got Cameron to finish it off. We sat by the balcony for ages before someone came to talk to us, she is a very nice person but boy she could talk a mile a minute.
Eventually we got to the food which was very nice. Everything was going well, when on the other side of the restaurant some girls (heavily drunk) were singing song. After the first song I didn't mind, or the second as it was obviously a birthday party. But after an hour I was getting pissed off as they got drunker and more off key. At one point they were yelling "The twelve days to Christmas" Cameron was in the toilets (lucky for him) and got back just as they yelled even louder (I didn't think it was possible) "FIVE GOLDEN RINGS", people with Crothers were yelling at them to shut up, and I think a few people complained but they staff didn't do anything to stop them which was disappointing as they were excellent with everything else.
We left just after the main course, I had a migraine from the singing and a back ache. I don't think Cameron was comfortable either. Down stairs we saw all of the smokers (who were pissed). "Don't go" "Stay for the free piss" "Please don't leave"
We all talked for a bit and got home at eleven.
All in all it was a good night and I had fun. Enough writing from me.
Pics of the night will come in a bit but here is this journals funny pic
Lots of Tasma

Update
Lately we have been getting harassed by our neighbors. Not like were being abused but just hassled. The man in question in a 49 year old aboriginal who knocks on our door a few times a day wanting stuff. "Can we plug a extension cord into your power socket (It's our extension cord btw), we want to listen to some music" "Cam we get a lift to town(its a 15 fucking minute walk) "Can we have some food, we got nothing here (We have nothing in out cupboards btw, dad wont do any food shopping)"
Another example is, Cameron and I were going out to buy fish and chip (as I said before the cupboards are bare) and we bumped into him on the front door step. "Can I speak to your father please" Man "Just go and knock on the front door, were going out" Me "Were just out to get fish and chips" Cameron (I wish he had shut his mouth here and let me lie "Oh can you get us some" Man "We don't have enough money" Me (bitch) "Please, we got nothing over here" Man (Dad had just given them the last of our bread and a tin of spaghetti) "Ok, fine" Me (coward) "Can you also get a packet of smokes for me?" Man "I can't buy them, I dont have a proof of age card" Me "I'm not old enough" Cameron (though he looks 21) "Well can you drive me to the deli then" Man (It's just round the fucking corner) "Why dont you walk?" Cameron "I dont have any money" Man We ended up giving his a tiny handful. That night he knocked on our door 6 times from 7pm to 9pm. I'm getting so sick of it. I feel its harassment as it's every fucking day sometimes at 6 in the fucking morning (he got beaten up hahahahahahaha), and even though he say he will pay dad back, we all know he wont.
Would you label it as a type of harassment or am i just being a selfish bitch.
Cameron and I shared our 2 year anniversary on Sunday. Was kinda nice; we were going to go to the chapman river but decided it was too hot, so we ate at my house. I made a apple pie and I have to say I make a REALLY good apple pie. Cameron ate spam (GROSS) and we just talked. I wouldn't have minded doing something else but Gero is just so small, there is nothing to do.
Nothing else to say apart from 1 week sober

Update
I did end up quitting my job, I handed the first note in, much to my dismay and he said I could leave that day, so I quit before I got fired. I'm not that fussed to be honest, it's the first I've been unemployed for several years and though it's taking a toll on my bank account I'' enjoying it.
The second story is well underway, with good weather we should get the roof and weather boards on quickly, then the inside stairs and I'll finally have a room bigger than a hallway. I have been drilling roof tiles in my spare time, I hurt my back by doing it but also got a big amount of satisfaction wielding a high powered drill. I get an ocean view even if it is only a horizon one. TAFE is good though I have been distracted lately by using this site more *wink* (if you don't get the wink then .. meh) .
With any luck (for you guys) I wont make another update for a while
