I talked to muellertime last night for like, an hour...
I haven't geek-ed out that much in a long time. It was great. But it made me want to post something Ive been listening to for the past couple of months.
Wil Wheaton who played Wesley Crusher on Star Trek the Next Generation, has put out a book called Memories of the future! and he put out a podcast for each chapter as kind of "DVD bonus material"

unbelievable!
So, Wednesday, I went to work as usual, and put in about 2 hours, when this mom and little girl came in and asked who owned the van parked outside.
I told them it was mine, and they told me I had a cat lodged in my engine and they could hear it crying.
I went outside with them, and we eventually got this sweet, kittie (about a month old). I was going to take it to a shelter, but by the time I got it home, I couldn't do it.
And so now, I am the proud owner of a sweet little kittie.
She has shit in every room of my house...I'm annoyed.

Well
It seems i owe my online family a small update!
divorce, financial strife and having the best time of my life!
first off, Julie and i are now divorced, and i am now on the mend. i didn't think it was possible to feel good about things, but things are truely looking up.
1. my kids and i have never been closer!
2. julie has shown her true colors to me, she is pregnant with her new boyfriends child! lol they have been dating for 4 months (or so she says) and she is 2 months along!
3. she has brought me to my knees financially, but i am doing better and managing my income like a hawk now.
4.I have reconnected with some dear friends that i haven't been in touch with in 10 years!
that's what is going on in my life at the moment! i am planning on catching up with all of you as well.
glad to be back!

so...
well im online...my computer once again works...and i am curious as to what everyone is up to.
Here is the rundown on me at the moment:
10 days till the divorce is final. Nope I don't want it to happen. Nope it can't be saved. this sucks.
I am moving out of the house and into a trailer. I have visitation of the kids on tuesdays and fridays. yep thats it.
Julie doesn't love me anymore apparently and from what I can tell, it's mainly because there is a guy paying attention to her at the school she works at. That's not to say I haven't done some really wrong stuff to mess this marriage up< but I would bet if she tried, things would get better.
I appreciate that i have so many close friends on this site that are still around!

I guess I am done
hey guys, I think it is time I said something. I am not as involved as I used to be on this site. I have really had to rethink what is important in my life, and, though I have made some great friends here, I cannot continue with this. I am going to leave my account active, but I must tell you, I am taking you all off of my watch list and just letting things go stale.
I feel an obligation to quite a few people when I see journals stack up, and so I feel I am not being a good friend when I don't comment. If there is something important going on, someone will let me know.
If anyone ever needs anything, just call me.
