Maybe but probably not as this episode aired 28 March 2007. But maybe they liked RVB and then saw a picture of him. Most likely Burnie just fits the typical pedophile description.
Sad but true. Man, it must have been hell when it took his kids to the park and all of the parents pulling their children close when he walked by. Not to mention all of the evil glares and wispers.
