Thanks man, she was in ok spirits yesterday, she has days where nothing goes right and she gets pretty upset, and some days where its all gravy, just stuck in the hospital :\. Hoping to get some answers, in my case just knowing something helped me out tremendously.

Earlier in the year, you asked me, if I had heard anything on the rehab and prognosis of Blaine Irby. Then, I speculated, that by timing of his serious knee injury last year, that his rehab, would not be complete in time to engage in worthwhile practice before the season started. If, he were to be serviceable, he would at best be ready during the later third of the season.

Therefore, I realistically considered the very possible scenario of Irby having to sit out this year, and petitioning the NCAA after his senior year in 2010, for a medical redshirt for 2009, and thusly be given a 6th year of eligibility, a-la Jordan Shipley, a-la Bo Scaife.

Yesterday, in the afternoon, it was broken from the staff to Orangebloods, that Irby would have to sit out the season, to continue rehabbing on severely damaged ligaments and nerves in his knee, that have not progressed well.

Sorry to break that news to you Richard.
